NTK Development, LLC is a retail real estate development company based in New York's Capital Region. We find, secure, and deliver sites for retail tenants across the Northeast.
We keep a narrow focus: single-tenant and small-format retail on established corridors. We work directly with tenants, their brokers, and landowners, and we keep each project simple. A clear site, a clear structure, and a clear schedule.

Nate Kilburn, Founder
Nate founded NTK Development to build retail sites in the markets he knows. His background is in finance, net lease real estate investment, and development in upstate New York. He leads site selection, tenant relationships, and each project from contract through delivery.
