Who we are
NTK Development is a retail real estate developer working across the Northeast. We focus on single-tenant and small-format retail on established corridors, in markets where tenants want to be and good sites are hard to find. We find the site, secure it, and carry it through approvals and site work, so the tenant can focus on opening.
